Ashley Hawks
Office Manager - Ashley came to Pivotal Tax Solutions, LLC in 2006, after four years of experience as a customer service representative in the banking industry. At Pivotal, Ashley is responsible for facilitating and tracking all appeals and litigation cases. This includes communication with over twenty-five different state and local governments throughout the county. Ashley also supervises the gathering of information in order to analyze and prepare appeal documents. Additionally, Ashley is responsible for reporting to Pivotal's clients regarding hearing decisions and negotiated settlements results. Ashley is an integral part of Pivotal commitment to client service.
