Chester T. Welch
Chet Welch, J.D., has worked exclusively in the property tax practice at Pivotal Tax Solutions, LLC as a Manager in the firm. Mr. Welch has experience representing large complex commercial properties for taxpayers at the local County Boards of Equitation along with more formal State Boards of Taxation. Furthermore, Mr. Welch oversees all of Pivotal Tax Solutions litigation appeals by correlating the flow of information between the county attorneys and outside counsel. As part of Mr. Welch responsibility is to over see and perform in-depth analyses utilizing all three approaches to value Market, Cost and Income to determine a fair valuation for tax purposes. Mr. Welch routinely represents multiple state taxpayers.
Prior to property tax appeal work Mr. Welch worked as a legal intern for two law firms located in Phoenix Arizona, Littler Mendelson, and Myer Hendiricks & Bivens. Mr. Welch also clerked for several judges in the Pinal County Superior Court.
Mr. Welch received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University, with an emphasis in Corporate/Tax law. Prior to law school Mr. Welch received a B.S. degree from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business, majoring in accountancy.
